ThePetitionSite adds some questions (what's your party, do you have children, etc) but you can ignore all but "required" questions. Care2 tries to sign you up for email lists but you can opt out of that too. Your email is required but not shown on the website and not given to the author of the petition - it is required only because ThePetitionSite sends you email to make sure somebody else has not signed your name for you.

One thing that is very important is that there is an option to notify your friends about the petition by email. Please do that, because this petition drive will only work if lots of people sign!
