AC Milan’s Unexpected Loan Offer Turned Down by Chelsea

Chelsea have turned down AC Milan’s loan proposal for Benoit Badiashile. Milan wanted to take the French defender on loan with an obligation to buy, but the Blues consider him essential to their squad under Mauricio Pochettino.

Despite some fitness issues, Badiashile has made significant contributions to Chelsea this season, with one goal, one assist, and one clean sheet in three appearances. The 22-year-old, signed from AS Monaco in January, is highly rated and expected to feature for France soon.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are open to parting ways with Badiashile’s teammate Malang Sarr, who has yet to play this season.

As for potential new recruits, Chelsea are reportedly eyeing Napoli’s Victor Osimhen as a striker option in January. Osimhen, who was Serie A’s top scorer last season, is highly regarded, although Napoli are looking to extend his contract amid interest from other clubs.
