The San Diego Padres have hired Mike Shildt as their new manager. Shildt is no stranger to leading teams, having previously been a manager for the St. Louis Cardinals, as well as serving as an assistant coach. His wife, Michelle Shildt, is an aviation insurance agent and charter broker, and the couple got married in 2020. They have a daughter together, and Michelle also has another daughter from a previous relationship. As Mike takes on this new role in San Diego, it will be a change of scenery for the family, but Michelle will be right there to support him as he navigates this new chapter in his career.
