Originally set to face Carlito at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames, it was announced on SmackDown that Carlito was replaced by Dragon Lee due to injury. During the Survivor Series kick-off show, Escobar did not hold back in his disdain for his former allies and Lee. It remains to be seen who will come out on top at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames.
