Former Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku could be allowed to leave Chelsea for £35 million. This comes after Lukaku joined Roma on a season-long loan deal and has been in impressive form, scoring nine goals in 14 games. Earlier last season, Lukaku was sent out on loan to Inter Milan, where he recorded 14 goals and seven assists in 37 appearances.
