A previous WWE star has issued a retirement match challenge to Goldberg. The 2-time Universal Champion has not competed since his WWE Elimination 2022 loss to Roman Reigns in Saudi Arabia. Despite having a loyal fanbase, he didn’t have a proper sendoff. Ryback, who hasn’t competed since 2018, released a video challenging Goldberg after the legend hit a fan with a Spear at the Atlanta Falcons game. In the video, Ryback instructed Goldberg to call his agent and set up a retirement match. This past Sunday, Goldberg displayed his prowess at the Falcons game by hitting a fan with a spear and exclaiming, “Who’s next?!” at the Falcons’ mascot. The 56-year-old is a wrestling legend, and many fans would love to see him in one more match. Time will tell if he’ll return to the squared circle.
